职位描述：

1.女性，英语能够作为工作语言，懂德语优先。 2.熟悉德国的会计准则和上市公司财务管理。 3.有海外企业（欧洲企业优先）的投融资管理经验。 岗位职责 Responsibilities: 1.围绕公司的经营发展规划和工作计划，协助编制公司财务计划和费用预算，有效地筹划和运用公司资金: Formulating fiscal and budget plans based on business development strategies. Ability to plan and utilize budgets effectively. 2.精通国内外财税法律规范，具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财务项目处理经验; Proficiency in domestic and foreign finance and tax laws and regulations, experience in managing financial projects. 3.融资方案的策划与实施，组织协调内部部门,与金融机构直接接触，对内代表金融机构准确表述要求，对外代表公司，正确阐释公司情况; Plan and implement financing plans, coordinate internal departments, liaise with financial institutions, accurately express requirements on behalf of financial institutions internally and represent the company externally. 4.定期汇总公司经济运作情况，提出合理化建议，为公司发展决策提供参考依据; Regularly summarize the economic operation situation of the company, propose reasonable suggestions, and provide financial references for company's development decisions 5.做好财务统计和会计账目、报表及年终结算工作，并妥善保管会计凭证，账簿、报表和其他档案资料; Prepare financial statements in compliance with relevant reporting, accounting standards, and taxation requirements. 6.参与本企业重大财务事项、业务问题的决策，包括参与制订企业年度经营计划和财务预算方案，参与重大投资等业务问题的决策等。 Participating in company's major financial decisions, including formulating the annual operational and budget plan, participating in decision-making major investment projects 任职要求Qualifications, skills & experiences: 1.大学本科以上学历，会计或财务相关专业; Bachelor's degree majoring in Business,Accounting, or Finance 2.五年以上大型集团企业财务会计管理岗工作经验，有海外上市公司管理、投融资经验丰富扎实者优先; Minimum 5 years of working experiences in Finance and Accounting in a multinational company; experience in an overseas listed company is preferred 3.具备良好的领悟能力和较强的数据分析能力; Detail-oriented, expertise in data analyzation 4.为人诚信正直，有良好的职业操守和抗压能力; High integrity, proactive, hands-on, self-motivated, balanced strategic, logical thinking, and analytical skills, able to perform under pressure. 5.有强列的责任感和良好的团队合作精神，拥有良好的口头和书面表达能力; Responsible and teamwork skills, effective oral and written communicator. 6.熟练掌握英语或德语为加分项。 Fluency in English or German is a plus. 中德亮点Company highlight: 1.缴纳五险一金(养老保险，生育险，住房公积金等等); Insurances are provided (endowment insurance, maternity insurance,Housing Provident Fund, etc.) 2.五天不重样的工作日午餐，高档舒适的工作环境;Working day lunch is provided, comfortable working environment. 3.工作时长固定(9:00-12:00,13:00-17:15)，法定节假日放假; Fixed working hours (9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:15), No forced OT during holidays. 4.可免费享受公司公共娱乐设施; Free access to entertaining facilities.
